Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions:

• “Company” refers to 4C Diamonds, located at 403-404, Zion Prime, Thaltej – Shilaj Rd, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058. 

• “Plan” refers to the Jewel Jackpot savings plan. 

• “Participant” refers to an individual who enrolls in the Plan. 

• “Installment” refers to the monthly payment made by the Participant. 

• “Redemption” refers to the process of using accumulated savings and discounts to purchase jewelry. 
• “Showroom” refers to designated 4C Diamonds retail outlet/s in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 

2. Eligibility:

• The Plan is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. 

3. Plan Details:

• Participants must pay monthly Installments for 10 consecutive months. 

• Upon successful completion of 10 Installments, the Participant will receive a discount equivalent to 100% of their monthly Installment on the 11th month. 

• Participants will receive a 25% discount on their first Installment. 

4. Monthly Installments:

• The monthly Installment amount is determined by the Participant at enrollment. 

• Installments are due on or before the agreed-upon date each month, starting on the day the first payment is made. 

• Late payments (payments after 7 days of the due date) may incur penalties or affect eligibility for the 11th-month discount, at the Company’s discretion. 

5. Redemption:

• Redemption is permitted from the 6th month onwards. 
• If a Participant withdraws their participation from the scheme before completing 6 months, they will not be eligible for the 25% discount on the first Installment, nor will they be eligible for the 11th-month full Installment discount.

• Early Redemption (between the 6th and 10th months) entitles the Participant to the 25% first-Installment discount but forfeits the 11th-month discount. 

• Redemption is only valid for jewelry purchases at the Showroom or on order. 

• The jewelry’s value must equal or exceed accumulated savings and discounts. The Participant pays any difference. If the jewelry value is less than the accumulated amount, the Participant can purchase other jewelry; no cash back will be provided. 

• Gold coins, gold biscuits, silver, silver coins, and silver biscuits are excluded from Redemption. 

6. Jewelry Selection:

• Participants can select from Diamonds, Polki, Jadau, Moissanite, Italian Gold, and Gold Jewelry. 

• Jewelry availability is subject to stock. Custom jewelry can also be made using this Plan. 

8. Changes and Termination:

• The Company may modify or terminate the Plan with prior notice. 

• In the event of termination of the plan by the company, Participants can redeem savings as per prevailing terms, either they can buy jewelry worth their savings or are entitled to get cashback without any discount made including the 1st-month & 11th-month savings. 

9. Dispute Resolution:

• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 

10. Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. 

11. Communication:

• Participants agree to receive communication about the Plan via SMS, email, or other means. 

12. Data Privacy:

• The Company will handle Participant data in accordance with its privacy policy. 

13. Force Majeure:

• The Company is not liable for failures due to events beyond its control. 

14. Acceptance:

• Enrollment in the Plan signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

15. Amendments:

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice.
